Our Team

The experienced team at Pacific Northwest Physical Therapy uses the most current and up-to-date methods for treating our patients, while offering therapy plans that are catered to each individual.

Brad Kime DscPT, OCS, CMPT

Physical Therapist

Brad graduated CSULB in 1997 with a BSPT and joined the United States Air Force in 1998 as a physical therapist. He continued his career and education in 2007 by receiving his OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) certification, his CMPT (Certified Manual Physical Therapy) certification in 2010, and his DScPT (Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy) in 2017 at Andrews University.

In 2013, Brad purchased the clinic that is now known as Pacific Northwest Physical Therapy. Brad and his family moved to Crescent City in order to enjoy a slower lifestyle compared to the city, and spend more time as a family with their children.

In his free time Brad enjoys our local scenery while fishing, golfing, kayaking, and taking walks on the beach. He also enjoys traveling the world in between his hobbies and work life.

Collin Taylor, DPT, PT

Collin, a born and raised local, graduated from Cal Poly-SLO with a BS in Kinesiology in 2017. This comprehensive understanding and desire to learn more about human movement and physiology laid the groundwork for his subsequent pursuit of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2022.

Since earning his DPT, Collin has returned to his home community, helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds regain their physical independence and quality of life. Though he has a special interest in sports rehabilitation, he is committed to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care ensuring that each individual he works with receives the highest level of care and attention.

Beyond his professional life, he is deeply passionate about promoting holistic health and wellness. He firmly believes that a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being is essential. When not in the clinic, you can often find him in the mountains, on the water, at the gym, or coaching the local youth in a variety of sports.
